Privacy policy
Placeholder. This text is not a policy in force. Until a policy carrying the early-access section is in force, the early-access form is not offered and nothing is collected.

The early-access list
What we keep
Your work email address; when you entered it; whether and when you confirmed it; if you answered them, your helpdesk and how many conversations you have a month; and hashed tokens for the links in our emails. We keep no IP address, no device identifier and no tracking value with your address.
What it is used for
We use your address only for the list’s own emails: an email asking you to confirm it, a link to remove it if the address is entered again after it is confirmed, and one email when Emberfield Core opens. We count the two optional answers (your helpdesk and your conversations a month) only in totals. The address is never used for another message, added to an outside list, given to an AI model, used for advertising or used for anyone’s outreach.
How long
An address that is not confirmed is deleted 14 days after it was entered. Every address is deleted once the one email that Core has opened is sent to it, and at the latest 365 days after it was entered, whether or not Core has opened.
Who processes it
Our email provider sends the list’s emails for us and holds your address as our processor: [Email provider, not chosen yet].
How to remove it
Every email we send about the list carries a link to remove your address in one step. You can also write to [Privacy contact email] and we delete it.
What the page keeps in your browser
While you use the form, one cookie, ef_early_access, holds which step of the form you are at and, during the second step, a single-use code that lets your own answers be saved. It lasts at most one hour and is not used to measure anything. To limit abuse, we count submissions from a network for one hour, and the emails sent to one address for 24 hours, each as a coded value that cannot be turned back into the network or the address.
Emberfield Core
The policy for Core is published here before Core accepts any customer’s data.
